Nursery: Birth - 2

AlteredKids is dedicated to partnering with parents to lead children to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Through age-specific lessons, activities, and small groups, your children. This starts when they are babies. Our nursery provides love and care for your most precious gifts.

Toddlers - PreSchool: 2-5 years

We believe your kids are your legacy, and we want to help you keep them safe while teaching them the love that God has for them. All our certified volunteers are thoroughly reviewed and background checked, and they will love and care for your kids as if they were their own.

Elementary: K-5

Our environments and lessons are intentionally designed for students to understand. We're so passionate about supporting them in each stage of life that we provide options through 5th grade for our weekend experiences. We promise that your student will learn AND have fun!

Grow Curriculum is designed to help kids GROW in their knowledge of Jesus and develop a healthy understanding of how to follow God. But Grow isnt just for kids, Grow is designed to equip parents and help volunteers reach their highest potential. We love Grow because kids love Grow, parents love Grow, and our team loves Grow.

Altered Student Ministry

Guiding our teens to gain independence and freedom in Christ.

GROW - The relationship students develop with Jesus during their teenage years will shape the rest of their lives. Our curriculum will help students encounter Jesus every week and influence a future generation of leaders whose passion for Jesus will transform others from the inside out

SERVE - Our Teens are given the chance to make a difference each Sunday by helping Altered Church run smoothly by offering their gifts and service. From helping in kids ministry classrooms to working in the tech booth our teens are given the opportunity to make an impact.

CONNECT - Sunday night our teens meet for youth night at 6:00 at Painesville United Methodist for fun, dynamic, laugh out loud group time that teaches, inspires and affirms identity and value in Christ. Our group time is when our teens connect with one another, build trust and develop a real-world love for Jesus.

BE FREE - BE YOU - BELONG - BELIEVE

We have a room here full of rag-tag, foolish, unsophisticated, unfinished, work-in-progress, weak, disrespected, ragamuffins, who have been called to work with a group of rag-tag, foolish, unsophisticated, unfinished, work-in-progress, wondering young people. What an honor. What a calling.
